We've always replaced at the 4 - 5 year mark. Peace of mind, safety, better to shop around at home than to get whatever you can find on the road. Check manufacture date to be sure and then start shopping. Tire blowouts can cause major problems to your trailer, not to mention the safety factor. Doesn't matter how good they look, they age out.
