Tire Experts Weigh in: Run these or replace them?

These are the Bridgestone Dueller Revo 2's on the Suburban. Date code is 2614, so about 5 years old. I don't put as many miles on the truck as I used to. The two on the driver's side are cracking about 1/2" out from the edge of the rim, the ones on the right side seem to be OK, so that side of the truck must get more sun where it's parked.

My first reaction was to replace them, but I know there are a lot of tire guys here on the forum so thought I would get some more opinions before I drop big $$ on new rubber. Cracks aren't terrible but are bigger than just hairline surface cracks.

    I'm no "tire guy" but I'd sure limit my driving with those tires to low speeds and short distances.

    I’m certainly not a tire expert, but I would replace them. I had a tire failure a few years ago on my F350 (front) and that is not an experience I want to go through again.

    If it were just your beater truck that made Home Depot runs or local trips to the dump I'd say keep on using them.
    But if you are planning to hit the road and tow with them, than your time is up.
    It's time for tires.
    I think we all agree they appear questionable at best.
    Why risk being stranded on the road over the cost of a set of tires?

    Now if you are in the area, I have a deal for you!... just kidding we only get to do that once...LOL

    Yeah, that's what I thought. Just noticed this when I was airing up to tow this past weekend. Fortunately only about an hour on the highway and the rest is slow going thru the Hamptons, plus the weather was cool. Heading up to VT in July and don't want any roadside issues.

    Would love to get new rims but the TT needs shoes too and like a rubber band the budget only stretches too far. Lantley if you see your truck up on blocks you'll know who did it :)

    Does your burb sit a lot? Tires really should last 6 years. I would plan on replacing the ones in the pictures, but I do wonder how they deteriorated so much in 5 years.

    Yeah, more than it used to. I got a '16 Scat Pack Challenger that's my daily now, so the truck is just for Tow, Snow, and Depot. Trying to baby it at 184K but it may rust/rot out before it dies...maybe I need to start leaving it in the garage and letting the Challenger sit outside.
