If you have seen one inflation chart for a particular size tire in Load Range E, you've seen them all. I've compared the inflation charts for several brands and they all have very similar, if not the same numbers on them.
So even if your tire's manufacturer doesn't publish one, you can usually find one from another manufacturer.
Of course if you can't weigh your truck conveniently, the tire inflation chart does you no good. It's also tedious to be constantly airing up and down every time your load changes.
There is nothing wrong with or misinformed about airing up to the pressure on the door sticker, so long as your tires are the same size and load rating as is shown on the door sticker. That gives you maximum capacity for the truck. You won't get a perfectly even wear pattern if you're not loaded to maximum, but you won't be underinflated for any load you happen to put in the truck.
