Tire-pressure sensors for normal cars are mostly made for lower pressure, so they get inacurate above a sertain pressure ( mostly 4 bar /60 psi. For that reason its also not a good idea, or your dodge is already working with high pressures.
If your damage was done by to low pressure, so sidewall damage or treath coming loose, and no nail or stone piercing the treath or sidewall, its better to review the pressure-advice .
