I'd suggest to buy Carlisles in Load range D. Maxxis is another good choice but they will probably have to be ordered by your tire shop.
If you want the best tires possible, buy bigger rims and buy LT truck tires.
AFAIK, all tires have a speed rating stamp on the sidewall. Most ST trailer tires are speed rated for 65 mph. Just recently, certain mfgs are producing ST tires with a higher speed rating.
IMO, 75 mph with the combination you have is too fast. In the event of an emergency driving situation, you're at the edge of controllability.
