As we do not know how you maintain the tires your question cannot be answered.
Some questions you need to ask yourself.
I cover my tires from sunlight when the rig is stationary for long periods.
I use the rig frequently so as to keep the active chemicals distributed in the tire.
I check my air pressure regularly while on the road and before moving the trailer before a trip.
I do not pinch the tires on curbs etc.
Answer false to any 2 questions and I would change the tires. As a blowout can cause thousands of dollars of damage it is cheap insurance.
