Thanks again to everyone. My original post was asking whether anyone knew about or had experience with the H188ST tires. It seems that no one does and that is what I wanted to know. As stated, I have already passed on the deal and will probably have a good look at the supposedly "new improved" Carlisle Radial Trail RH in the Spring.
