From the number of posts that any tire subject brings it is certain that tires play a major role on some TT and TV combinations.
They have been the solution to many towing problems.
What started this post was my surprise that an LT tire, though stiffer in the sidewalls an having a more plys could have a lower load rating than the same size P type tire. It was a buyer beware type thought.
In my case I have had very good performance and TT handling, not to mention the day to day use, of the OEM tires for the first 32,000 miles. If they continue to perform well I see no reason to change tire types.
