by all means replace them. Trailer tire blowouts are really common (especially in the summer months) and a lot of the time damage the RV when it happens. We just had a blowout on one of our 3 year old tires on our class c, inside dual of course, and had quite a bit of damage underneath as well as in the wheel well.
