Keep in mind that good TCs are very expensive per square footage.
I'd have to consider a custom fifth wheel or goose neck trailer. You could put a side door TC on a goose neck trailer and carry the toys behind it. Of course, if you plan to use the TC separately, then having a TC would make sense.
