7k flatbed trailer, been there, done that. I traded it in after it kept eating tires at one wheel position and got a 10k trailer.
Ditto... go with a 10k if you're going to haul both bikes and a Jeep. My Jeep on trailer scaled @6k - Jeep and trailer. Throw 2 Harley's on and you'll be over what a 7k trailer can do.
Also, with a 10k, you can load a little farther to the rear and lighten your tongue weight. But....If you get a SuperHitch it's no issue. I currently run a 48" SuperTruss, and my current trailer (see sig) puts down 1,000lbs tongue weight.
