We differ in opinion what is simple
For me "Trailer above 10,000lb require CDL"
is way simpler than whole page of "Ifs" printed in multiple stairways.
Especially that it comes to the same results within 10 percents
Now tell me, where do you by 11,000lb rated trailers?
