Yesterday we saw at Camping World special lube for hitch balls. My wife said that her family always greased the hitch. The dealer when delivering the TT said that we shouldn't lube the ball. From a common sense perspective, the contact between the ball and receiver generates friction. Seems to me that reducing that would be a good thing.
What is your experience with this?
Another great example of a salesman giving bad advise. Lube the ball I used white grease on mine.
