I would consider finding a local shop that makes enclosed cargo trailers. Some of them can make a custom trailer that is small, but has the basic amenities (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) Pace American used to do this, but the RV crash in '08 hit them hard, so they won't do TTs. However, there are plenty of other places that do.
