My wife has no problem with the toilet. For me, I have to duck my head and lean in to go. A little awkward but not that bad. As for sitting, I picked up the squatty potty with folding legs at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Much more comfortable than sitting with my feet on the little ledge and it slides in next to the toilet when folded up so as not to take up space. As stated moving, the hose from black tank to grey is an extra step but not much of a problem. All the benefits of Host far outweigh a few inconveniences.
