Sorry - too much trailer for your tow vehicle. A good rule of thumb is to tow 75% or less of your tow vehicle's tow capacity with a LOADED trailer, including what's in the tow vehicle - stuff and passengers. When looking at campers check their GROSS weight capacity, which includes loaded weight. Never exceed this, and ideally, be below it.
For example, my camper is just over 5000 pounds dry (doesn't include any of my stuff). My truck has a tow capacity of 8850 pounds. This has been a good combination for us - I wouldn't want to tow much more weight than this.
Length must be taken into consideration, as well. A long trailer would not do well with your short wheelbase SUV. I'd keep the weight of the trailer at or below 4600 pounds - LOADED.
