I told them I ran the pump until it clicked off and it would be a violation if I had added more. That being said, I do try to get as much in as possible so as the tank gets full I slow down the flow to keep it from splashing or foaming and tripping the pump sensor.

ROFLOL... The folks out there are good people. I know... my factory is in Torrance. It's just the State gubment is... well, over protective. Unfortunately, there's a lil bit of that in every State and gettin' worse.
People deserve the government they elect. Problem is, when they leave CA to get to a less regulated state, they vote the same type of people into office and ruin that state too.
