Torklift tiedowns for 2015 Ram 3500 DRW

Looking to buy another TC after selling old 1998 Lance last august. Looking into buying Tork lift system for new truck. Since 2010 used Happi jack system which performed flawlessly but decided I do not want to drill holes in new trucks bed and rear bumper. I looked on Tork lift website to match up truck and seems to show D2124 for fronts and D3109 for rear. Also states that one may need a Dually adapter kit? Any newer Ram DRW owners out there that installed torklift system?

  • Finsruskw,

What is your part numbers for your truck especially with rears with superhitch? March 2015 build date here.
  • TorkLifts mounted just fine, front and rears w/superhitch, on my 2015 3500 DRW w/Feb 2015 build date. No problems and clear everything.
    I love 'em
  • Thanks. While I never had anything but praise for Happi Jac system that never failed me for 5 years on my previous 2006 Ram just really do not want to drill into rear bumper or front of truck bed on new truck.

I recently called torklift to ask what's the correct model for my new (on order) 2016 LB CC Ram dually front tie-downs and they said D2124... I will carryover my current HJ's for in the rear.

  • I have the Torklift tie downs on my 2015 crew cab long wheel base dually Ram Without this adapter.
what the adapter does is relocate the rear tie down point on the camper because the fast guns might hit the fenders. The rear torqlift mounts have 2 pin holes where you can move them out further. I use them extended to outer hole. I think inner holes will clear, but what if camper moves a little?.
I did wrap my fast guns with pipe insulation because I have hit the fender when I remove them.
for what its worth, I bought mine from a large high volume dealer online. he said he has not sold a relocation kit since the early 200X dodges.

note: in the middle of 2015 the dodge frame changed just a little. the front mounts I first received would not work on the front passenger side. There was a tab on frame that moved like 1/8" and mount would not line up, as well as the bolt hole was smaller and bolt would not fit through the hole when hooked to "fishing wire" used to pull the bolt through the frame (I dropped bolt and washer inside frame as it pulled off fishing wire, but I got it out with magnet). Torqlift sent me a new mount that clamped on the front RS of frame.

I think one way you can tell if you have this new frame change is the bed will have holes in rear bed on sides, inside, just ahead of tailgate, where they mount the inside bed lights on the 2016's.
