Torsion axle part number
We just experienced a bearing failure on the rear axle of our 06 Adirondack. Luckily a passing motorist flagged us down and we were able to get off to a safe spot. Pretty much wiped out the spindle and shop is saying whole axle will need to be replaced.
First time I had a shop repack wheel bearings. And most likely the last time I'll have a shop do them. 1600 miles on the repack job. This will be another battle.
Shop has contacted OEM of trailer and is waiting for a reply. Gotta do something can't just sit and do nothing about it. So I am wondering if anybody would know where a part number for a AL-KO torsion axle would be?
And the sad part is that we were taking the trailer to the dealer to pick up a new one. Now we have to wait until the axle is replaced/repaired.
