Your original post said 2013-2017. This is a 2019 and you are within 6k. Drop back to a 2015 and you should hit your target price.
I did a quick craigslist for NC and found lots of options in the age range. Just a matter of sifting thru to find one that has the preferred options.
If you are willing to raise the milage, there are even more options (100k miles is nothing on a modern drivetrain)
