Is 3567 lbs an unloaded trailer or loaded ? I suspect unloaded.
Add 1000# minimum to that and you will in the neighborhood of what it will be as towed & that probably doesn't include water on board.
The Cherokee may have a tow capacity of 5000 lbs but that is not as important as
the "payload" capacity of the rig. You need to know that number "FIRST"
Does the Cherokee have a Factory installed towing package ?
