Poppin fresh is the only one that is making a lick of sense so far.
You need real numbers.
On your drivers side door jamb will be a sticker, }|"Weight of passengers and cargo must not exceed XXX"
As to the trailer,the number you are reading in the brochure is fictional. You must look at a couple of actual trailers and they will have a yellow sticker showing actual gross or laden weight capacity. This is the number you must work with.
I can go to the Ram builders page and get actual figures for my truck by VIN.
Maybe Jeep has a similar web page.
