Yup it's to bad the big 3 don't offer big blocks anymore. As one poster already stated, if in the moutnains a lot, a diesel won't lose HP due to it being turbo'd. I pull RV in sig and combo is 23,000. Pulls awesome. I will say that if a problem crops up w/ any of the big 3 diesels, it's more likely going to be DEF related and not a motor problem. Out of warranty and $$$ to get fixed yes. Still worth the extra cost....YES. Also, a diesel needs extra's to keep it from gelling and lubed up thanks to our tree huggers. Still worth owning one.
