Van is doing great still! Hit 450,000 last weekend.
I did have one minor issues on New Years. Actually, wasn't so minor. I twisted the pnion gear clean out of the axle, launching the driveline, and punching a giant hole in the housing where there the rest of the pinion tried to exit the bottom of the pumpkin.
Since I've broken something in the Dana 70 almost every 100,000 miles, I decided to to start over with fresh rebuilt E450 Dana 80. Hopefully this rear end will take me to at least 600,000.
