I have 2017 a f250 6.2 gasser. Loaded to camp our TT is about 7500lbs loaded on the cat scales. I add extra water to the fresh tank and black tank in front of TT axles to add to tongue weight for better tow. It pulls like a small utility trailer. If we tow up mountain grades I rev the engine and it accelerates like on flat ground, don't even feel a trailer behind us. That's the power band. Anything over about 10k fiver or TT I would want a diesel but all depends on what you have or will might buy later. The Ford v10 gasser is a rock solid engine. Only offered now in the the cutaway chassis or rv chassis.
