Can't speak to every brand, but the 6.0 in the Chevy 2500/3500 class of pickups, the ones that are used for commercial fleets, have a pretty stellar track record of exceeding 300,000 miles. And fleet maintenance is usually minimal and drivers are not particularly kind to the vehicles, being paid by the hour employees and no skin in the game.
