Towing with a 3.73 F250 6.2L, will a 4.30 axle help ??

Try Manual, or lock out 5th going into the hills...forcing it to 4th early up step inclines. Once you get use to the truck you will see and feel better about how it works. The switch on the shift column is very easy to use and your friend. You can use it in manual mode like a manual transmisson.
