Forget about dry weight on the trailer, unless you're going to leave it empty for towing. It probably weighed more than 6200 lbs before it left the dealers lot.
Average camping load (dishes, pots and pans, bedding, camp chairs, BBQ, groceries, water, etc) is 800 to 1000 lbs. Loaded for camping you'll be towing close to 7200 lbs. That will require more than 1000 lbs of available payload.
Look at the drivers door sticker on the Escalade, it will have a number for max occupant / cargo weight. From that number, subtract the weight of all the people, pets, and cargo that you plan to carry in the tow vehicle. Whatever is left over, is payload available for trailer weight.
The Escalade may be a good tow vehicle, however, the weight of that trailer may be pushing it's limits.
I found a site that said the max tow capacity for that Escalade was 7600 lbs. Keyword here is "max". As you load weight (people, pets, cargo) into the tow vehicle, it's max tow capacity and available payload are dropping, pound for pound.
