Say what? The frame is the last thing that would be an issue unless somethings changed with the big GM and Ford SUVs being truck based chassis.
To the OP, yes it should be a great tow vehicle. And if it's not, but it's a great deal, buy it, try it, if you don't like it, sell it for a profit and buy something else with more $ in your pocket.
