Check the glove box label of all options it had when it was built & left the factory with. IIRC...Z82 is the tow option, but not for sure...someone might have better memory...

If not, then make sure to install the necessary aux stuff, but that might now offset the "good price"
Another is to look for a Tow/Haul button. It comes with the tow package and again IIRC...
Also, these GM AWD full sized Lux SUV's has a fluid coupled third member...meaning not as stout as a traditional non-fluid coupled third member (a third diff and is in the "ONE" speed transfer case on AWD...better/stronger are the traditional ones with a "TWO" speed transfer case). You will find it referenced as a "viscous" component of the transfer case
A lot depends on where/how/etc you drive and the maintenance the previous owner(s) (both schedule and materials/labor) used.
