The Rangers and Tacomas sold in the rest of the world are more capable trucks than the ones they sell/sold in the USA. World small trucks have capabilities approaching and rivaling those of full size 1/2-ton trucks in the US. The US small trucks are just not up to the task of hauling rv truck campers.
