I also looked over your repipe job and you did a great job!! Looks like a lot of work. One thing I saw is your Pex manifolds are strapped with a dissimilar metal which can cause electrolysis. You should get some felt and wrap the manifold then strap it down. Also, I wish you would have known about a new angle stop (I am the rep) which may have been easier than standard install, especially with the drywall repair.
