Trailer Basement-Aluminum supports - fasteners?

Sure, just use fasteners that are made for metal---self-drilling, self-threading, sheet metal thread, etc. If you're really going heavyweight and have just a few aluminum supports to hold the weight, you may wish to drill through the support and use threaded fasteners (nut and bolt).
