Are you proficient with welding? You want a welded receiver than you can slide a ball mount into.
Remove the materials covering the trailer frame so you can work with it directly. The light extension pieces that attach the bumper are not worth attaching to.

Something else, a small trailer like that likely has holding tanks in the rear of the frame that might need to be removed or relocated. Not an easy thing compared to the much larger 5th wheel trailers.
