#1 - is this a brand new w/warranty camper?
#2 - if it is, I would do my best to recreate the problem your having with the heater at their lot. Turn it on and let it get to temperature and then raise / lower the thermometer to see if it kicks back on. Make sure you have ample supply of propane for your furnace.
#3 - Force your dealer to do the right thing. Traveling that far to get warranty, or any other work completed and then have not work is indeed frustrating. If they completed the project, tell them to show you and to perform their test of why it is fixed.
