The third generation trucks (03-07early w/5.9) with the 5.9 have had a seeping problem 0n the most right rear plug under the exhaust manifold. Not all Cummins powered trucks have had this, but it has happened and not hard to fix. Just keep and eye out for it. It has happened. I think there is a hose in the same area that is short and it also has had a problem, Also associated with the coolant system.
I believe you are thinking of the 06-07 heater core return line leaking. It's common and the fix is added clamps or a new silicone hose section.
