My 2007 had all original injectors with 5500 hours on it (@ 110,000 miles) when I sold it. Regular fuel filter changes are the key to making any diesel injector last - well, except the LB7 Duramax injectors.
Perhaps RAM improved their filters by 07, but I'm not sure. I'm told it's more of the pilot injection that's the cause of these injector failures.
