Pffft, they did the same to us a couple years ago. Cheap when we first got with them, then hike, hike, hike the rates. I added it to our company that does house and 4 cars. Cheaper by far and better coverage.

That's how most insurance companies work these days. Offer a low rate to get your business and then raise your rates every 6 months. They all do it. So every 6 months to a year you have to shop around for another company that'll offer a lower rate.

A lot of insurance companies will cover a travel trailer through your home insurance. Much cheaper that way.

This is the second query on trailer insurance that I've seen.
I just paid mine and it was the same premium as last year for a 2010 TT with full coverage including damage or replacement. No road assitance coverage.

My AAA agent sold me a Progressive RV package - It's stayed much lower than the initial Good Sam rate I was quoted.

I have had good service from Progressive. They are not the cheapest but they had the coverage we wanted.
