I would like to chime in on this topic, bought a camplite 10.0 new in 2015, so far no leaks just the way you describe it, had to do a little bit of customizing on my own but we have what we need now very pleased with it. Also as for condensation inside there is nothing to rot we leave a window and vent open at night no condensation, every camper we have had has condensation inside if you don't leave them open at night. So far the camper has been blown over by a wind storm in I think late April or May of this year, insurance wrote it off, they gave me $2300.00 less than what we paid 3 years ago, adjuster said a very well built camper, they came to upright it and when they did there was very minimal damage to it we bought it back, didn't even break a running light, no exterior damage here is a few pics flopped and fixed you can see the most damage was to the extender brackets third pic is the repaired camper very pleased that it never did much damage don't know what would have happened if we had a camper with wood and aluminum or our old Northern lite camper. I guess these were to expensive for the new company to build so they scrapped the camper line, guess they couldn't make that extra money
