Trip Report: California State Water Project and more

Maybe I should call this the California Miscellaneous Lands Trip Report. It is not exactly the trip that was planned because most of the birds had already migrated and my photos of those that remaine...

Next trip is to coastal state parks in San Luis Obispo County. I usually go there at least once a year. The area's beauty helps to offset the pain of crowded campgrounds. One of my granddaughters, a geologist, will accompany me this time - a nice change from my usual solo travels.
