Trip to CA..help me plan for TC camping

Because I can have an opinion? Just like you can disagree with it say you find joy in those places. Since you asked I'll share something personal. I haven't been to Califorina in almost 20 years. I don't care for area my extended family lives in, I don't find anything pleasurable about dusty and flat farm land. They have visited me plenty and love Oregon and the area we live in but when you own farms and make your living doing such...you don't get the option to just move just like most careers.

Grandfather passed and grandmother is in mid 80's and she visited last summer, so I'm taking my kids to see her before she passes. I happen to go to places I enjoying when on Vacation. I don't know a single soul that goes to destinations they don't care for without reason. So, since you so rudely asked I answered with tact.
