Trouble with a Titan XD

CD obviously got a lemon which all the manufactures put out on occasion. I only have 5k miles on mine which 1k was pulling 8k lbs.it's been back to the dealer twice once to fix the tail gate latch the other for a flash on the ecu. By the way Nissan has fixed the dead pedal issue on the XD unlike FCA that still refuses to do anything about for the last 4-5 years now.
