When we moved to AK, I had a tandem axle utility trailer with some sides and a tarp over it to take some essentials until our container showed up. No room in camper, no dogs in the back seat for a week. Trailer was full save for the back 4’. 2 dogs, in crates, tied down and boxed in with the plywood sides and a view of where we’d been through the steel mesh ramp door for 2400 miles. Dogs were fine, but one guy who decided to tell me how cruel I was at a gas stop almost wasn’t fine…
