IMHO your going to miss the beautiful places you can actually wake up in vs the cookie cutter motel rooms. Spent most of my working life moving from one motel room to another and lots and lots of time in airports and airplanes. Don't miss that phase of my life one bit. Today is my birthday, we have been homeless for exactly two months today, and I cannot be happier. DW wants another house, but I am resisting as long as possible. I now have money to do things, go places and see this wonderful country of ours. All while I have my own bed, my own food. If I get bored it is pretty easy to pick up and move to someplace different. God has put me on this earth for a certain period of time. What I make of that and who I can serve in the process is way more important than the few dollars it costs me to own and live in my RV.
But I am glad you have made the decision to motel it for now. If that is what you actually want to do.
