Hey Doug. Thanks for your perspective. I have tracked my expenses and I am still living on what a studio apartment, before expenses, in Boulder would cost each month. That was my goal when I started, after selling my home in 2008. So far everything is going as planned.
After talking with you, last spring, I understand the decision you came to and the direction you are heading. I also understand the mobility I will potentially will have by the time I reach 70, so I am pedaling as fast I can, for now. Glad you were able to pedal as long as you did, too.
