I wouldn't figure cost when owning a RV of any type as they all are a money pit.
Kinda like the bass boat crowd. Some spend 30k-35k+ for a bass boat and don't even eat fish.
Or my neighbor with 7 horses. He and his wife and 8 year old son rodeo. She runs barrels and he ropes. They have a nice big LEQ horse trailer. Now their making rodeo events in other states.
We've had three TCs one TT and three 5ers since the '60s.
It would be foolish to put a pin and pencil to actual costs of ownership I've spent on recreational equipment since the '60s.
IMO the memories I've had with the wife/kids/kin folks/friends in the '50s/'60 and '70s on camping and fishing trips every other weekend is price less . Then it was kids and along came grand kids and now we've added great grand kids.
