Truck Camper For Chevy Silverado 1500
I have a 1500 Chevy reg cab 8' bed 4wd pickup. Does any company make a truck camper for this type of truck?

We see comments like this on the 5th wheel forum. Those types also claim a 1/2 ton truck can't carry/tow nothing but a Scamp 5th wheel trailer or nothing but a pop up trailer .
However there are other small size 5th wheel trailers and TTs and hard sided truck campers out here that fit even a std duty 1/2 ton truck capacities.
A lot of the campers a manufacturer claims will work on a 1/2 ton truck won't. Not without some serious mods at least.
