So, like was posted, it is paid for by sponsors/advertisers. It just took a lot of words to get there with a lot of innuendo.
If their site said, "we created truck camper magazine to support our desire to learn more" and then noted "Truck Camper Brands" as "Advertisers" they would have more credibility with those of us who know what they are doing. They should also note that "they are not experts" because they certainly aren't. Their "Truck Camper Chooser" is obviously devoid of anyone but their advertisers.
They overinflate their worth and value. For me, that's just annoying, so I don't visit their site. For new people to our pursuit, it's misleading.
