Reason to not use a service:
1. Not everyone has the time to wait for a service arrive - You may be chasing the clock or weather may be chasing you.
2. Sometimes flats occur where there is plenty of room to pull over and safely change them yourself.
3. You may be far enough off the beaten track that you may have trouble getting someone dispatched to help you.
4. Just because you can.

1. You have plenty of time to wait for a dispatch.
2. You are in an unsafe location.
3. You do not have the proper tools or yours are broken.
4. The weather or temperature is bad and you don't want to deal with it.
5. You paid for the service and would like to get some value out of the subscription.
