I never get my camper loaded with the front rubber stops tight against the bulkhead. Always 1/8 or 1/4 gap. By about mile 50 it has shifted forward so they are tight. Yes it will move. I block would block it with the right thickness of wood. That does two things: gets it to the right place, and spreads the load from the little bumpers across the somewhat flimsy sheet metal of the bulkhead.
